Professional Conduct Review Disciplinary Hearings
ARNNL Disciplinary hearings are conducted by an Adjudication Tribunal consisting of three members of ARNNL’s Disciplinary Panel. The tribunal members consist of two registered nurses and a member of the public. The Registered Nurses Act governs Disciplinary hearings. These administrative hearings are held following the investigation of a complaint against a member (registered nurse or nurse practitioner) and are used to determine if the registered nurse is guilty of the charges set out in a complaint.
Notice of Hearing
In the matter of a complaint against a member, a hearing will be conducted in accordance with Section 25 of the Registered Nurses Act (2008), commencing June 7, 2010 at 10 am at ARNNL House, 55 Military Road, St. John's.
